Agricultural Output Study in Ukraine

After the full-scale Russian invasion in February 2022, there had been concern for the ability for Ukraine to safely export its stored grain throughout the world.  Since much of the fighting also happened to take place in arable agricultural areas, which accounts for 55% of the country’s land cover, I was interested if it was possible to use remote sensing to visualize any possible impacts of the war on agricultural activity in the months following the invasion.  Below are a collection of maps showing various vegetation analyses using multi-spectral satellite imagery processed with Google Earth Engine.
